Team,

Since I cannot eat or even sleep well, taking pictures as a distraction.

It works.

Using a flash reflected on my home office ceiling, trying and failing to mimic Caravaggio's "chiaroscuro".

The watch is a Omega Speedmaster FOIS cased in Sedna Gold.

1) With the FOIS in evidence.

2) With the watch and yours truly wrist.

3) Another way to put the FOIS in focus.

4) B&W. The gold is gone but the drama remains.

The First Omega In Space (FOIS) is just magic. Is a simple chronograph, using a vanilla movement (Lemania/Omega 1861) but there's history behind.

History about those brave (or crazy) man that went to space, using a technology that today seems homemade (I saw a Mercury capsule and is very crude).

Their bravery made us to dream. Thanks to all that ever did this.

A great week to all.

Cheers,

Nilo

There is one thing you put in evidence and that I like a lot, it's...

The shape of the bezel and sapphire... Very nice! Best, Nicolas

Regret to read your post surgery period is painful Nilo!...

... I wish hopefuly you will recover soon. Your pictures are awesome as usual. The FOI is a beautiful watch no doubt. I recently bought on with steel case which I presented to my son. I liked it so much and my son very happy with his birthday surprise. I have ordered the steel white/blue dial version and was told that it will arrive rather late, may be ends of August or September. I feel it got a likeness to the PN Daytona at least in the photographs. It is an exciting watch no doubt. Thanks for
