This Omega Royal Canadian Air Force Monopusher Chronograph, ref 6W/16 has a 38 mm steel case and a two register cream dial with syringe hands. It is powered by calibre Lemania 2221.

Some of you know these chronographs much better than I do. So I will just say that they were ordered by the RCAF from different manufacturers (Birks, Breitling, Omega, Rodania) and that several of them have a "sterile" dial (without logo).

Great example too. And the sterile dial makes it special.
