KMII kicks off the first 'TGIF' thread of 2019, inviting the community to share their wristwear for the start of the new year. He features his Omega Railmaster, noting its suitability for a snowy environment and hinting at travel aspirations. This post sets a relaxed, community-focused tone, encouraging members to showcase their watches and share weekend plans.

First Friday in this fresh year and while the effects of celebrating its arrival might have slowly dissipated by now (or not), I guess a weekend is always something to look forward to. So whatโ€™s on your wrists today?

For me itโ€™s the Omega Railmaster, with some snow outside. Just wondering how to persuade the family to engage in a Transsiberian railway adventure... ๐Ÿ˜‰

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Really regret not getting the SLA017 in time. Maybe one will pop up eventually ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป As for the Omega, have to say I enjoy it a lot. Simple yet possessed of some nice details such as the dial and of course the 15 Milgauss movement ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

The old Radium style of the lume is great. Very nice watch, even more without date!

Not often worn by me but this Richeville has been on my wrist since Christmas day. I love it with its cheeky red highlights and its nod to Breguet on the dial. Your Omega I much admire and have seen one in the metal at my local AD, although I prefer it on a leather strap. Happy New Year and HAGWE to all purists! Clive Richeville ref: 2730
