What happened to the dial? It looks like paint splatter, which isn’t possible.

Really?? I was going to initially say that “it can’t be patina either.”

My understanding is that patina is more evenly spread as opposed to splattered. But I don’t see how it can be anything else.🤷🏽‍♂️
