I love it but it’s far too delicate around my household. My kids would have it in pieces in about 3..2..1 seconds!
I've got way too many coffee table books, not enough coffee tables. Way too many books, not enough bookshelves. And too many clocks and toys like these to find adequate room to display them! Two more fairly large clocks incoming! And some really nice crystal decanters that need some room on the buffet or in the hutch! Maybe you can put this on a high shelf in your office or in your garage where the kids won't play with it?
But if you think about it... It's really low income to everyone. I estimate that MB&F will only get a very small portion, probably 15% to 19% of the total revenue generated from the 99 clients who buy the piece.
But I can't be the only one that thinks something this beautiful needs to used more often then just offering 6x35 second plays. I would love to see this design used for a full on Music player that houses an slot for a USB stick or even memory card reader that than transmits the music from it to bluetooth speakers or maybe it is just me. Either way its is stunning IMHO. Marc
