There are still some military watches I am running after. Such as a beautiful Longines WWW. With its 37 mm case, it is big enough and provides a great presence on the wrist. Therefore, it has a lot of charm and soul.

Such a fantastic piece. There is not much material about the adventures of those wwII watches, sadly.

I will try to work on an article one day. But I agree, there is not much literature on these WWW.

i own one small book, but without any personal stories in it.

the most interesting thing i learned is that Vacheron made watches for the Wehrmacht.
