From Paddington

Through London rush hour

to our first destination

Welcomed by well known JLC hospitality

and beautiful interior

Purists started to do what they do best

Appreciate the watches

Taking pictures of them

Discussing them

and generally having good time

Then someone ...names not to be mentioned..... took out half a dozen extremely rare and important vintage JLC watches.....so we were asked to leave smile

Then we decided that's time for second round of refreshments this time ale after great champagne in JLC boutique

Finally we are to place packed wall to wall

with wine wink

and amazing Italian food

continuing to enjoy the watches...discuss them...

make new friendships

and deepen the old ones

The Purist way....all heads together

Then someone...names not to be mentioned...took out Geiger counter and then we were again asked to leave smile smile

Big big thanks goes to Mo for organizing amazing place for the evening and to the crew of the place for outstanding hospitality

Huge HO!!! HO!!! HO!!! to my new best friend ...Bad Santa wink smile

and kudos to all great lads and gals I met that day

Until next time cheers

Yours
D
P.S. Since nothing in this Universe is perfect I will just say that there was no grappa available ;( smile wink smile

Wonderful!

Was that the Karl Marx \'local\' Red Lion you went to? Looks like a wonderful time and quite sad I could not make it this time - more GTGs surely to come And Damjan, you have a real knack to be the official GTG chronicler

Mo, Oliver, Martin, Melvyn, Art, imran, Jocke, Joe... Wow, the Creme de la Creme.

And many many other friends... Good to see this kind of gathering. Even if you made me regret even more to not have been able to make it. But heartwarming to see all these good friends, here, in the same place and moment having such a great time. That is the Beauty of our website. Best, Damjan, and thanks for this superb post. Nicolas
