It would be interesting to see more dial decorations. What would Voutilainen do, or Journe, or Anita Porchet, with the Zeitwerk as a canvas? I think it has not reached its full potential.
extremely minimalistic and austere front with the deliciously complicated back, is what makes the entire package so appealing! It may sound counterintuitive, but after I first received mine, it's the front that I spent most time looking at. The display is extremely "static", except the smooth sweep of the second hand, and it has a strange calming effect on the nerves! (Although, mine was the black dial variant).
