This post delves into the practicalities of owning such a grand complication, from its substantial size and weight to the intricacies of its adjustment mechanisms, offering a candid look at life with a high-horology timepiece.

I was fortunate enough to see one of these in the metal. Super impressive watch.
I bet it weighs a bit too (the watch that is!)
huge congrats 🍾🎊🎈
It is a big watch but being WG the weight is a bit more manageable than it would be in platinum. Also the huge deployant balances the weight around the wrist a bit so this helps. Adjustment of it is not the easiest it must be said. I assumed the button was a quick advance a la my Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon but not so and the moon phase adjustment is a bit more complex too. I guess just a function of getting used to the process.
Wear it in best of health
There are a few pieces that give you the idea of being totally saturated, satisfied. This Lange is one of it. The size is big, but it suits this watch. Enjoy this exceptional Lange.
