Recently spotted on the web the black dial white gold Sax-o-Mat. A watch I had not seen before. Looks very intriguing. May I ask, is this watch similar to the Langematik Anniversary except for case material and dial finish? Based on photo looks like same movement and case dimensions...

so aside from material being wg instead of pt and different dial... same watch essentially? this wg version design intrigues me a bit... like a modern 3417 Lange...
another one to add to the compelling items list... looks like a phenomenal piece based on pictures...
Langematik anniversary is 37 I think.. this is 36
Then yes the Anniversary is marginally larger and thicker and has a slightly updated movement... thanks!
Is the subdial different finish than rest of dial? I assume it is but hard to tell from pictures... very elegant piece you got there! Seem like a great candidate for a lot of wrist time...
I love the bold character of this watch, something I think is lost with the recent Saxonia models. —the luminous hands —the bold 12 —the big sub seconds —and of course the sax-o-mat movement, which is far more satisfying than Lange’s more recent automatic movements (save perhaps for the Daymatic movement) It would be nice to see Lange offer something very similar in the 38.5 to 40 mm range.
