It seemed to me it should be a special one.

Box. Crappy but original!

Papers-English.

Papers-German.

Name of original purchaser? The date is too early.

Misspelled "Leutnant".

Extra "crystal".

Guarantee.

Box and papers.

The watch.

Three "level" enamel dial-Richard Lange PLM is modeled on this dial.

Box, papers and watch.

Based on where I got this from, and the name "Nafziger", and the English Language Papers I thought this might have originally been sold here in the U.S. Once I got a certificate from Glashütte I found that watch was originally sold in Germany in 1899. It ended up in the United States. (And the Nafziger family is very prominent in the Mid-west and in Canada.) I have attempted to track down more information but have met with no success.
