I'm working on reading world timers, If I am reading it correctly it is almost 3:00 where you are and almost 5:00 in London, and the times aligned with the other cities would be the time in that particular city, correct??

... yes, it was ten minutes to three PM in my Country when I took these shots, and you have to read London time (or other places) viewing the sign * to the right of each County name. So in London it was ten minutes to 18 (6 PM). Athens 20 (8 PM), etc. My home town name do not exist but it corresponds to Rio de Janeiro/Brazil 15 (3 PM) Sometimes you have to make correction for Winter or Summer time when some Countries change them.
