So as you know they said my old movement could not be serviced and had to be replaced. They later said they would be able to service it but can’t give a warranty. I opted for a new movement, they said they would include it in the service documentation. They did not. Just stated the usual, parts that were worn out was replaced. I asked if they could document it properly and I am waiting to hear back. Secondly I said specifically that I wanted a full polish of the case, this was not done, I am als

I think we all got your point. you made it like 100 times as of now. Can you maybe just let the people enjoy ? (I can guarantee you some do like the current offering, and were not so excited about what was done 15-20 years ago, when not everything was as great as you seem to remember them. remember : butchered master control, reverso squadra, dodgy collabs, and even the 'extremes' were certainly to the taste of everybody...)
