BMR's quest for a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso, specifically weighing the Tribute Moon against the Tribute Duo, highlights a common dilemma for collectors: choosing between compelling complications and classic aesthetics. This discussion offers valuable insights into the nuances of these models, particularly their wearability and design details, helping potential owners make an informed decision.

my first watch was the tribute duo, bought around 3 years ago to celebrate our first baby, and I can tell you that it's my favorite one now (I have pulled the trigger on several others since then). It's size is unique, for someone like me with a tiny wrist... I really LOVE the new one with the moonphase but it is bigger and too big for my wrist. The blue is really nice and the blue strap too. both sides are really nice and I like to be able to flip them from time to time - somehow it's like havi
would be great if it didn't have the Wheel Of Fortune on the back
The sizes between the offerings are quite different and people tend to have a preference. The tribute pieces you are looking at a on the large size. I have a complet calendar Moonphase, which is slightly smaller and thinner. Here's mine:
nothing more magical than the sound of winding a reverso
Is it a stainless steel one and coil you show us the reverso side please ?
I essentially have the same size wrist as you. I hadn’t noticed from the specs that these two pieces weren’t the same size. I had just assumed they were, but I appreciate you correcting that for me. I am happy to hear that you are still so delighted with your Duo. I hope to find a nearby AD that I can visit to try this one in the metal. Thanks again for your feedback!
