Nicolas (amanico) showcases the exquisite Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso "Mucha Series" featuring the Four Seasons, a limited edition set from the 1990s. He also references a unique Atmos from the Hybris Artistica line, underscoring JLC's mastery in integrating Art Nouveau aesthetics with horological craftsmanship.

We already heard about Alfons Mucha and some of its paintings on Jaeger Lecoultre Atmos and Reversos:

This Atmos belongs to the Hybris Artistica Line, a piece unique, unveiled in 2014, showing Spring and  Autumn:

But I wanted to show you some Mucha Reversos featuring the 4 seasons.

They were made in the Nineties, and in fact, were a set which was limited to 25 pieces.

Spring:

Summer:

Autumn:

Winter:

The full set in its box:

And the mandatory collage:

Of course, here you are looking at paintings on enamel.

I know some of us are big fans of Mucha, Enamel, or both.

So, enjoy.

Pictures Credit: JLC for the first ones, Antiquorum for the others.

Best,

Nicolas

What a tiny and tender box! ;-)

Dear Nicolas, even if the paintings from A. Mucha don't excite me too much, it's always a great pleasure to see such a beautiful enamel works. Especially when they're made on a Reverso, because in my opinion this watch is absolutely perfect for this kind of métiers d'art. If, one day, I could afford a timepiece with an enamel painting, I'd definitely want it on a Reverso. Or, better, on two Reversos: a "standard" one and a Reverso à Éclipses like this one (picture from Su Ja Xian). If you allow

You are right, but the Reverso à Eclipse you dream of is an XGT case. Huge. [nt]
