Dear Friends,

I've had the good fortune to add a new Reverso into my humble watch collection this week.

Here it is on my wrist, the Grande Reverso Lady Ultra Thin on a red double tour Valextra strap...

I first saw this combination when it was launched in Singapore a few years ago, and I never forgot it smile

A close-up...

The size is perfect for me. Not too small, as I have 6" wrists. I do appreciate that the back of the watch is slightly curved to conform to the wrist better. The result is a very comfortable watch to wear. I was very excited to acquire this model because JLC has created so many beautiful straps for it.  They've also made strap changing a breeze with the levered springbars. A simple press and the strap pops in or out.

Here it is with my Grande Taille...

Another shot of the watches.

My friends who are also on Facebook have no doubt read about my mental and emotional anguish leading the acquisition of the Grande Lady Ultra Thin.  LOL. But I am glad for it, because as they say, the journey should be more important than the destination smile

Cheers and thanks for looking smile
Pauline

I didn't know before that the strap can be changed with such ease.

That's great and I think wearing the new watch on that Valextra strap should be fun and a departure from the mundane of everyday life. Cheers! Ruckdee

This is how it works...

Here's what I mean by the levered springbars... You just have to push on the lever to retract the springbar to fit or remove the strap. It took me 2 minutes to change the straps.

Pauline, I have all my magnetism diluted when I see so many beautiful pics. :)))

If you allow me, I would happily use your first picture as our JLC Masthead. I agree that this red strap is to die for. And I don't often say that on JLC straps but here, I can only admire. BRAVO! Nicolas

Hi Amanico

Sure, no problem, you can use my pictures for the masthead if you like.
