His personal account underscores the passion collectors have for the Reverso's distinctive design and ease of use, even when their initial choice, like the 1931 Rouge, proves elusive. This article delves into the nuances of the Reverso collection, drawing on community insights to enrich Tchela1's experience and inform prospective collectors.

Please excuse my reverso model of ignorance
The 1931 Rouge doesn't have seconds, and is a brighter red colour. It also has the word "Reverso" on the dial, rather than the applied "JL" logo of the Small Seconds.
It’s not a great picture, but the newer Tribute with small seconds is known as Burgundy. The other Tribute without small seconds is the Rouge.
Sorry I thought it was red, but I’ve been corrected and it’s burgundy.
Thank you for the info! I love your two. I can now see why they actually are NOT redundant.
but I think it’s fair to say the burgundy does cover a range of red hues, and is overall a deeper and more engaging dial. The Rouge is more a flat red, but has its classic charm for sure.
