By the way, there is a model of different types of prostates. I thought I would allow all your gentlemen to pick out yours especially my good friend Nico. Have a wonderful day my friends, all the best, Tony.

About the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Large Small Seconds Ref. Q3858570

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso, first introduced in 1931, emerged from a specific functional need: to protect the watch crystal of British officers playing polo in India. Its ingenious reversible case mechanism allowed the watch face to be flipped over, revealing a solid metal caseback capable of withstanding impacts. This practical innovation quickly evolved into an Art Deco icon, its distinctive rectangular form and elegant gadroons becoming synonymous with sophisticated design and horological ingenuity, establishing a lineage that continues to define the brand's identity.

This particular iteration, the Reverso Classic Large Small Seconds, reference Q3858570, exemplifies the model's enduring design language. It features a polished steel case with the signature triple gadroons, framing a deep black dial. The dial is meticulously finished with a central guilloché pattern, a precise railway minute track, and applied baton indices complemented by dauphine hands, all contributing to exceptional legibility and classic aesthetics. A small seconds sub-dial at 6 o'clock adds a traditional touch, powered by the manual-winding Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 822/2, a movement celebrated for its slim profile and reliability.

As a cornerstone of Jaeger-LeCoultre's collection, the Reverso Classic Large Small Seconds holds a significant position in the luxury watch market. It appeals to collectors who appreciate a blend of historical significance, distinctive design, and mechanical purity. Its versatility allows it to transition seamlessly from formal wear to more casual settings, making it a highly desirable and collectible timepiece that embodies the enduring elegance and technical prowess for which Jaeger-LeCoultre is renowned.

Still a great looking Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Not so keen at looking at the Prostate samples but I am drawn to what looks like a spinal section to the right of them. Marc

I actually interviewed to be a radiologist at one time. My son-in-law is an interventional radiologist at our tertiary cancer center here in our area.

I’m amazed on how far the specialty has grown

Yes, indeed.

I Think its a fascinating discipline as its extremely broad. Especially interventional radiology ist AI-safe an if we don’t forget to talk with our patients and explain the significance of our findings in an empathic way, the risk of being replaced anytime soon is not too big.
