Just a few days ago I got my  Reverso Tribute to 1931. What a beauty smile
Made a trip to Basel, with a watch-loving friend, to get the watch.  Enjoyed the city  and had a great stay over with a sublime star-diner in the Alsace.
I really like the pure and simple lines of this watch. Six o 'clock will never be the same: pure symmetry.
In the future I'll fix another strap on my GRUT. I'd like to see some pictures of some of you who already did this (ostrich etc). How thick will you recommend me: 2 or 3 mm.

This post is worthless without some pics, so here you go.

Ciao,
Bobbe

Congrats on one superb watch, which is very popular, here.

I higly recommend a 2 mm thick strap. Cordovan may be a great solution. Best, Nicolas

Here you go Nicolas,

Since a few days this Rios cordovan strap. Also went to a AD for ostrich, but they offered me to order a Perrin-strap. Maybe later.... Pics..... on new cordovan 2mm close to the beach

Thnx, almost perfect.....

For those who would also try a (custom made) 'flat' strap, my advise would be: make it 2.5 mm between the lugs for a perfect fit (and not 2 mm).

On a croco-strap again

Today was a sunny day and what's better then a new croco-strap on my Reverso (okay for some a Berthillon icecream). Dark brown, white stitching, 4 mm thick and it works imo. What do you think?

Honestly, the strap is nice looking, but too thick for THIS watch, IMO. [nt]
