Nicolas (amanico) shares an exclusive live shot of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Perpetual Calendar in steel, captured during his visit to the Manufacture. This initial glimpse sets the stage for a deeper discussion into a timepiece that, as Nicolas hints, has proven to be quite 'polarizing' among collectors. His photograph provides a crucial starting point for evaluating how this complex complication integrates into the sporty Polaris line.

I still have a hard time marrying that super-elegant dial with that particular sports case .... To be seen in person.... Filip
So why oh why do I like it 😳 🤔 😕
It gives you all the unnecessary information which you can check while swimming! The perfect "one watch"
not sure what the second crown is for, perhaps an alarm. Here is a dive watch with a leap year indicator.... Only can go down to about 8o meters, but that should be ok
We had the IWC GST Perpetual, Glashutte Original Sport Evolution Perpetual, maybe a few others...but they never seemed to take off as a staple offering? I personally really like them.
Compared to other brands, same price range, etc!
