In this captivating post, WatchProSite member stabilizer explores a new strap choice for his Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Gyrotourbillon 2 in platinum, seeking to enhance its aesthetic. His detailed observations on how the grey gloss strap interacts with the dial and case, influencing the watch's overall presence and pairing with attire, offer valuable insights for collectors considering strap modifications. This discussion highlights the subtle yet significant impact of strap selection on a timepiece's character.

Playing with a new strap choice for this beauty, pictured here with its cousin.  Grey gloss as a complement to the dial.  I’ve found this to make the case pop more while creating a more monotone aesthetic overall, which has an interesting effect in regard to what attire pairs well and how the watch looks and feels on the wrist especially in natural light.  Thoughts, friends?

I’ve always liked the Art Deco and it’s engraved movement. The tourbillon needs no introduction and your strap choice matches very well. Chris
