Hello all watch lovers

As some of you may have read in another thread I have just received my second new JLC master ultra thin perpetual in steel. My first one was stolen a few months back... I decided to start a new thread to forget the past and start fresh with my short review.

The watch arrived in the classic JLC packaging and has been running non stop now for a week. Adjustment was a breeze, since all elements of the perpetual calendar are adjusted through a single pusher at the 8 o'clock position. There is a danger zone during the night, while no date adjustment can be made without disadjusting the mechanism. The watch feels quite thin and it sits perfectly on my medium wrist.

As far as precision goes, I have tested it against network time with a simple application for the Iphone called Time, and I am glad to report a +/- 0 sec over 48 hours smile))) I am fully aware that this is probably fortuitous but regardless, it feels nice to report smile))

All needles and the moon dial are very precisely adjusted, and I like this exactitude in the displays.

I have posted a few pictures below, but I do not have a good photography setup, and these are iphone pictures, so apologies if the detail is not up to par with most fellow watchlovers... smile

So for the moment I am truly very happy and satisfied with the watch, and hopefully things will continue to go in this way for a long long time....

I will receive my watch winder (swisscubik) this week so my watch stay adjusted when i wear my other watches....I will write a small review of this winder in the next few weeks also

cheers,

YvesB

Continue to wear this one in the Best of your health ! Best, hs PS: - BTW: +1 on the swiss kubik watch winder ( ooops, hope that's not against the code.. ) I've got several, and love their appeal & straightforward functionality - Ahemm, apart from the ability to pile up those cubes...
