Nicolas (amanico) shares his admiration for the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Perpetual Calendar in white gold with a blue guilloché enamel dial, highlighting specific design elements that elevate this timepiece. His detailed observations provide a valuable perspective on why this particular reference stands out among recent JLC releases, making a compelling case for its aesthetic and technical merits.

Among all the blue guilloché enamel unveiled last year, at the exception of the Gyrotourbillon 5, my favorite is this MUT Perpetual.

The detail I really like is the symmetric display of the years.

The other detail I find very nice is the moon phase and its ring.

Without forgetting the movement  ( Cal 868 ) and its power reserve of 70 hours, which is much better than the 40 hours of the former models...

Best,

Nicolas

Interesting is what JLC is going to do with this limited "concept" in the future. The pr is something they just have to build on.

I'd love to have one. But as soon as I read "limited edition", for some reason I'm not interested anymore. Despite of that charismatic dial. Do hope that the calibre 868A/2 finds it's way very soon in the steel MUT perpetual calender. That would be an unbeatable offer...
