4 months ago, I reviewed the Master Ultra Thin Moon Steel Blue, solely based on the official pictures I received.

My first feelings were positive. At the point I started to wonder which one I preferred, between the Steel Blue and the Steel Black. 

Truth to be told, I still wonder, as they both are highly appealing: 


As you can see, this blue dial is much better looking, on photo, when you take a picture in the natural light rather than with a flash. It is much deeper, its dial loves to play with light. 



With a flash... 





This Master Ultra Thin Moon blue achieves to blend class, elegance and a certain coolness. 

I think I found my answer on my preference between the black and the blue dial. As much as I am a big fan of black dials, here I would go for the Blue. Because of this great blend I mentioned above.

Both are elegant and classy pieces...

No pretentiousness here, ask most Patek Philippe owners what makes a Patek Philippe special, they won't know. "Uhh, heritage, brand prestige, accuracy, complications, and almost all their watches are encased in gold," was a response at a dinner before the pandemic.
