The steel case black dial is one of these watches which captivated me a lot, as well as the Black Memovox Cal 914. 

A nice watch with a powerful dial and a friendly complication, that's the recipe of its success. Add a perfect size for me, with a 38, 5 mm case.

and I do agree with what you have mentioned. One of the better releases by JLC. Which is why it’s still in my collection.
