Nicolas (amanico) brings the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Chronograph Sector Dial (2017) into focus, a timepiece released to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Master Control collection. His initial post sparks a lively discussion among collectors about its distinctive design elements, particularly the syringe hands, and its overall appeal within the JLC lineage. This article synthesizes community insights, exploring why this limited-edition reference continues to captivate enthusiasts years after its release.

Hands are not ideal, but overall one of JLC's better efforts. Would love to see one in the metal. Darren
That sector dial is very cool. On this particular piece, the hands make for easy viewing of the chronograph registers since they are unfilled. One of my favorite watches is the original Master Compressor Chronograph. This movement is reliable and accurate. I prefer having the running seconds at six, which many of the newer JLC watches omit.
