And noticed something was off. Can you find it? Should be very obvious.

Let’s see what JLC service have to say

I also own one and love it but sad that they have discontinued it. 😭

JLC made mysterious watches. A serie of more and still every single watch is like a peace unique. The alignment is off course of the second rotary date wheel. Could be the teeth do not grip nicely. I think the watch makers of JLC can adjust the wheel, so let’s wait what you do.

The logo is not apparent due to lighting. The issue I discovered and has me heart broken is that the minutes counter at 12 seems to be malfunctioning and in an odd way, the numerals on the right now are at a different plane and turn half way one moment, fully another, and anywhere between. To be fair to JLC the watch gave me 6 years of pleasure with zero issues

What a disaster. You are not alone, we shall give you mental assistance. I’ve got a dink in my Longines Conquest. My heart broken too. I still can go on. The thoughts handy watch makers can help us to make the watch as new is a comfortable feeling.

I know the previous owner of my EL2 had sent it into service for the digital minutes going out of alignment. I haven't had issues with it in the years I've had it but I imagine someday it'll go awry and it'll be time for another service. FWIW, after returning from service the digital minutes on mine do seem to change and reset a little faster/snappier so maybe that complication is more sensitive to lack of lubrication over time. JLC service of course will say nothing because they don't actually

I love that watch - and apparently we have the same taste in car brands as well. Got mine 2nd hand some weeks ago.
