I can also try and ask in Paris tomorrow while passing by the boutique. It's incredible piece and enamel dial would be cherry on the cake (I prefer white metal, and closed dial one is available only in rose gold AFAIK).

I bought the white dial one new and it’s defiantly limited to 200 pieces, it’s been out of production for a long time intorduced in 2014 I think this version is the best of the bunch then the black dial. I personally do not like the openwork dials as much. The article below from HODINKEE tells all about it...Jim
That's the problem of having a preview a few weeks before... Sometimes, they change their mind. I will ask for a confirmation or infirmation.
The last piece was 200/200 and I saw it in person, I bought 195/200 at a better price...Jim
