Nicolas (amanico) presents a compelling pairing of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre à Chronographe with the Alpine A110 sports car, highlighting the aesthetic synergy between high horology and automotive design. His initial post, featuring a friend's A110S, sets the stage for a deeper exploration of how these two objects complement each other, promising further insights into his personal collection.

This Alpine is one of my friend's A 110S, not mine. Pictures of mine will come as soon as possible.

I will take some pictures of my favorite JLCs and my Alpine, no worries about that.

They go very well together!

Best,

Nicolas

I've been toying with the idea of adding a perforated vintage driving/racing style strap to the Duometre, like a JLC version of a vintage Heuer chrono crossed with a VC 1921. You could get a new strap to match the paint color of the new Alpine 😂

Mind to inform me, which brand that you don't have and do not have intention to have, and why not? Cheers.

For me, although maybe unreachable, the favourite independents are FPJ , Moritz and Laurent Ferrier.
