Nicolas (amanico) brings the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre à Chronographe in rose gold into the spotlight, arguing for its unique appeal often overshadowed by other metal and dial configurations. His post encourages collectors to reconsider this reference, highlighting how its rose gold case enhances its vintage aesthetic. This discussion explores the nuances of a sophisticated JLC complication that continues to captivate enthusiasts.

My local AD has one in the display case. That movement deserves a closer look.
I never really warmed to the dials with the windows cut out but somehow they seemed to work better in the magnetite versions and the whole gray and gold combo seemed really well done. Do you know if JLC ever actually sold those? I've never seen one IRL or for sale anywhere so it feels almost like a April fools joke from JLC....
I would even settle for a sports version in tantalum 😁💪
