Now, the question is to guess which way JLC will take with its new sports line. Something very technical and quite expensive ala Extreme Lab II? Something much more affordable, but with which complication? Something without complication at all, just a working horse bullet proof? All of that? Round, square? End of the Compressor Series? A good friend had the original black concept, traded it, missed it, bought his back! I saw it, newly decked out with the red stitch strap. Just lovely! So I have vacillated over these two pieces. Yes, I owned it, and was very happy when I bought it. Now, there are two things: 1/ I am reluctant to have two of the ( almost ) same watch. 2/ The PBE is eye catching. You immediately fall in love with it. But with time passing, I much prefer the more classic 1st generation. If I didn't have the platinum, I would have gone for the Black Concept. Now, I am very happy with the platinum, for its grey dial. Heavy yes, but ho pleasing! Best, Joe. Nicolas
