Amanico (Nicolas) shares his appreciation for one of IWC's most iconic complications, the Portuguese Minute Repeater. This post highlights why this particular reference, alongside the Jubilée and the 7 Days Ref. 5001, holds a special place in his collection, particularly valuing its manual winding movement. His perspective offers a deep dive into the aesthetic and mechanical appeal of these horological masterpieces.

Along with the Jubilée, and the 7 Days Ref 5001.

I would rate the Jubilée and the Minute Repeater above the 5001, for their manual winding movements, though.

That's the IWC I like!

Best,

Nicolas

And I like this older reference better than the new one with IWC in non-italic font. It just looks classier.
