Let me jump on the bandwagon here.  Like Christian I bought this for my bday for myself. The watch was released two days after my birthday but I took so long contemplating on whether to pull the trigger that they sold out before I could decide ๐Ÿ˜‚

On a whim I signed up for the waiting list on the H-shop website and less than 24-hours later was sent an email that one piece became available. This time I didnโ€™t hesitate and the rest is history as they say.

First impressions are that 1) It is light! Will not get your wrist fatigued wearing this one! 2) itโ€™s much smaller in person than the 39 mm diameter would lead you to believe 3) the rotor spins very loudly like the movement in my JLC TT Geophysic. Could it be a combination of ceramic ball bearings in the winding rotor and the light case?  Overall a great design.  I love it.

It is a beautiful cool watch. I also think about it a lot lot. Every detail is unique, but at the end pulled back due to its size. Have a great time with it

This was the first Hodinkee Edition where I would have been in time but I consciously decided against it, as I am convincing myself that I am saving up for a bigger piece ๐Ÿ˜‰ Does look very convincing, though, especially without the date and without the German dots flanking the triangle at 12 oโ€™clock ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป And definitely a fan of the material!

Often black case make watch looks smaller than it is. Best Blomman
