That is the first time I see a current IWC Portugieser Minute Repeater. I know the former ones, quite well, especially the first generations. 

The big difference? The movement. The other big difference is that it sounds better than the first ones.

I would just add that I also prefer the dot minute track on the first generation rather than the new one… but as for the metal in white or rose gold both look equally nice imho…

However, clearly, for MR the quality of sound is paramount and original was so so from that point.
