Hello everyone,
Let me introduce you to
Holthinrichs watches. A search on the forum showed at least one person owning a very cool Ornament RAW, but this independent deserves more attention at this watch loving forum. Holthnrichs uses unique designs and 3D printing of precious metals to make unique pices of art. He hand finishes everything and takes custom orders as well.
I am one of the lucky 10 people in the world to own the Ornament Delft Blue edition. I actually work in the same city where Michiel Holthinrichs has his workshop, so it was quite easy to set up a meeting and discuss watches a couple of years ago. At that time he was making 10 limited editions of his Ornaments with a Delft Blue ceramic watch face. Besides watches, I appreciate art, and asked him to do an M.C. Escher (fishes) inspired engraving on the movement. It turned out great!
Below are some pictures Michiel made himself before and after finishing the assembly.
Enjoy!
