The Traveller WW TC was introduced in the catalog in 2013. This year, the rose gold version came with two dials. For those who want to read more about this version and the Traveller WW TC in general, please click here: gp.watchprosite.com But the rose gold version is not the only one to come

But the rose gold version is not the only one to come, this year. GP decided, indeed, to give birth to a " Black " version.

Black dial, black case, black bezel.... Very strong looking, to say the least.

A bit too trendy?

The case is made of titanium with a DLC coating, which is much more resistant than the PVD.

When you play with the Watch, the first thing which you feel is the weight, or, should I say, the absence of weight, for such a big Watch ( 44 mm big / 13, 65 mm high ).

Another advantage of this black dial is that you don't see the date, located between 1 and two o' clock, which is white on black.

One thing I wanted to show you, what I wasn't able to do when I wrote my review on the Traveller WW TC, is the originally shaped like an Anchor rotor, a detail I like a lot.

And a detail you will see on the oyther Traveller watches.

The strap is rubber coated, with rubberized black alligator. At the end, a folding buckle, madev of ceramic, with a titanium blade.

A last thing, about the movement, which is bigger than those we see in the 1966 line, 3 mm bigger, to be precise, and which seems less lost in this big case.

It has a 46 hours power reserve, and beats at 28 000 alternances per hour.

Looking forward to reading your comments and thoughts,

Best,

Nicolas

Both from the looks but also the feel on the wrist! As you point out, big watch that feels very light on the wrist. This is the version I like less than the others. From a very personal perspective, I am not very hot for black cases. The black dial on the Traveller - I prefer much more on the SS case! :) Thank you for this report, Nicolas! Best Blomman
