ChristianDK's original post, "Francois Paul Friday - gone fishing....", offers a glimpse into the personal side of luxury watch collecting, inviting fellow enthusiasts to share their weekend wristwear. This article captures the essence of community interaction, highlighting how collectors integrate their prized F.P. Journe timepieces, or other daily wearers, into their leisure activities. It underscores the shared passion for horology that extends beyond the watches themselves, into the lifestyle they accompany.

Family and a beautiful FPJ, what more do you need in life ! Have a great weekend Christian 🥂
Heading to the countryside and trails later for a few days, and therefore wristed for the expected activities. So no Journe, instead with the most recent iteration of my true daily (a Garmin). I’ve had this version (745) since last summer and it’s been a nice change as previous multi sports Garmin watches(900 series) tended to be a little clunky (the case was rectangular) and therefore not really ideal for casual wear. I hope the fishing was fruitful, or at least fun.
Hope you will get a great weekend 😊😊
Here’s my Friday weapon of choice
Seriously, have fun, Jay. It’s so good to get out there. We didn’t catch anything but lots of fun. The sun was warm and had chocolate and coffee. My youngest didn’t fall in and that’s my main criteria of success 😉 HAve a great weekend out there. Christian
I see the big guns are in position and ready for action! Have a wonderful weekend with your super watch, dear friend!
