For me, it's the Chronomètre Souverain hands down. I'm temped to gush ad nauseam expounding my gleeful feelings for the watch. Instead I'll just shut up and post a lovely pic. Enjoy!
at least by me. I chose between the CS and the CB in 2010, when the latter was the less expensive "entry-level" piece I thought I'd buy, and I ended up buying the CS instead; I've never regretted that decision. Here's my RG 38mm version:

Beautiful dial, beautiful movement. Fantastic timekeeper. I prefer the rose gold but the platinum version is also a winner. Your choice to trade the Bleu for the CS makes perfect sense.
