Dear all,

Maybe you noticed it but I have stopped my activity on PuristSPro since the beginning of the year. Actually, I faced a big health issue, a stroke, on the 4th of January and I'm still hospitalized even if could spend one night home yesterday. Thanks to the quick action of the emergencies, I think that I will not have any aftereffect. At least we didn't detect any for the time being. In order to train my memory, I posted on IG my collection of watches to check if I was remembering the details, the stories behind and so on. Everything seems ok and I think that I didn't lose anything about my knowledge of the watch industry. People, old souvenirs, recent events, the collections, the brands, the movements, the providers, the sub-contractors, everything is fine.

Obviously I missed the SIHH but it is not a big issue: I will organize myself with the brands and in Paris, it is not very complicated to see the watches. I don't know yet if I will go to Basel, it will depend on the rehabilitation I'm currently following. I hope to be able to do it.

I got a huge amount of messages of support from the brands, the collectors, the visitors of the SIHH, well all the actors of the industry and this support gave me a lot of help in this difficult period.

So I would like to thank a lot all those who wrote me!

I got a nice surprise yesterday coming from the Tag Heuer team... so even if I was not in Geneva, they gave me a very nice souvenir of the Geneva week thanks to this lovely cap!

For the time being, I can't post a lot since I only have my tablet in my room and not my computer. But I hope to resume my activity within a few weeks.

Thanks a lot for your support and please enjoy everyday our common passion! We never know what could be the future so... live the day!
