foversta shares his annual tradition of photographing vintage Fiat 500s during his stays in Rome, capturing the enduring charm of these classic cars amidst the city's backdrop. This photo essay highlights the increasing rarity of well-preserved original Fiat 500s and features a delightful array of other classic vehicles discovered along the way. His passion offers a unique perspective on automotive history and urban exploration.

I have a passion when I'm in Rome (and it is the case every year): I hunt for the Fiat 500, the original one and not the current reedition we know. And obviously, it is the sad fate, a lot of specimens are dying every year and it is becoming more and more difficult to find several ones in a very good shape. Anyway, I'm quite happy with my 2017 harvest and here it comes... with a lot of bonus cars!

If you really want to see many of these, take a stroll through Belgrade, or Zagreb, or any of the larger towns in ex-Yugoslavia countries.
