Clueless_Collector's original post offers a refreshing perspective on the current luxury watch market, emphasizing contentment with one's collection over the exhausting pursuit of 'grail' pieces. This article delves into his personal journey and the comfortable, iconic bracelets he enjoys, providing a valuable counter-narrative to the often-frenzied collector's landscape. His insights into various bracelet designs and their wearability are particularly relevant for both new and seasoned enthusiasts.

I know I’m not that “fortunate” to get the very famous AP but oh well…one has to be happy and contented.

It is very exhausting to play this game to start “relationships” and buy something to get something. I’m not sure if I want to be in this game for long.

Watches are not necessity items in life so I can wait or forget about any watches. It is OK to let go and should always enjoy what you have.

It’s still a fun and exciting hobby and I’m loving it, very happy with my journey so far.

Have, or tried on, most and imho the OMEGA 50th Buzz is perhaps the most comfortable bracelet. Rolex Jubilee a close second. Of course jmho

Since the 2019. I really dislike the previous versions with no tapering and bulky clasp.

I rotate my watches often based on that moment’s instinct.

I am not a big bracelet guy. I just have my sub- so brushed oyster is best. I have been trying to add a gmt on jubilee. I have no good history with my AD so is what it is. Maybe will get maybe won't.

The idea of their lucent steel sounds good to me, not sure how much of marketing it is but hey they’re trying. Same with their ethical gold. Exhausting is a good way of putting how the current game works….
