Horological_addict invites the WatchProSite community to unleash their inner child and share their ultimate 'dream watches' from a unique perspective. This thread challenges collectors to select existing watches they cannot currently own, imagining a scenario where anything is possible. The discussion highlights aspirational pieces and the emotional connection collectors have to these horological marvels.

Gentlemen,

Inspired by Nicolas's thread on the JLC forum SIHH 2014. Your secret desires, dreams? , i would like to ask you a question about your dream watches, but from a different perspective.

The rule. Choose only watches that already exist and that you're not able to own. Could be from any brand.
Then, imagine you could be the guy just below. Exciting, isn't it ?
Now that nothing is impossible for you, which Dream Watches will you bring home ?

Unleash the young boy in you and share with us your Horological Marvels !
I'll post my selection very soon.

Thank you and best regards
Fabio

.... I'll open with a JLC Master Grande Tradition Minute Repeater in Titanium. With respect to vintage watches, I have to think. Maybe a Rolex 8171, perhaps a genuine U.S. Navy-issued Blancpain Fifty Fathoms. My heart's torn... and there's my excuse to post again later in this thread! -Tim

But small hopes to come back home with any of them... BUT is this a bad thing? Best, Nicolas. This message has been edited by amanico on 2014-01-02 10:30:44

. . . Omega central tourbillon. Any version would do; my favorite is the blue gold dial version, circa '01. Sorry, no images to share . . .

The JLC MMR is a logical choice when it comes to dream watches. And i'm curious to discover the rest of your selection when you'll be ready. Thanks and best regards Fabio
