I don't know if you already saw this Doxa Sub 200, the 130th anniversary version is a 42 mm case, with a sapphire glass and a ETA movement, Cal 2824/2. 

Limited to 130 pieces.

I think the anniversary one is the best looking of them.

Though did see a shot of the blue dial one & that's was pretty special too. Though for a Doxa doesn't the dial really need to be orange! Cheers JML
