This seems to fit the bill for me. Haven’t changed it out since it arrived ten days ago and that’s longer than any other watch so far. And I still don’t have the urge to swap it out for anything else.

Simple can be great, especially one that goes under the radar like this 99.1M

Eat, drink, talk watch. Can’t think of a better thing to do for the last week of a very interesting year.

Well done on a great acquisition Richard!

Dornbluth is a hidden gem among the German watchmakers.

Thanks, my friend.

It is a very nice watch, and dealing with the folks at Dornbluth is what every watch buying experience should be. They're so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Agreed!

The purchasing experience for me is as important as the product itself especially when we are spoiled for choice these days.,

I’ve been staring at this particular models for weeks now.

How does it wear/sit? Any idea what the lug-to-lug width is? And I’m gonna have to bug you about it’s chronometry accuracy. It seems to be an amazing amazing watch. Congrats! Hussam

It wears very well

I would be preferred a little thinner, but at 10mm thickness, it works very well, and as you can see, it sits comfortably on my 6.75 inch wrist. Lug to lug is 50mm. As for chronometric performance - it's gained a little under 2 seconds over 10 days, which is very good, IMO. Much, much better than my Lange 1815, if I were to make a comparison. The 18000vph beat rate is also nice, given the classic design of the watch.
