It's always been one of my dreams to compare the VC CDV directly to the Lange 1815 Chronograph. I was lucky enough to have a friend who let me borrow theirs to snap some photos  and wanted to share a few shots with this community. While they're both 2 of the best dress chonographs in existance, they also have their own incredibly distinctive styles and strengths. Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Ideal watch would be Lange L951 movement in the VC's case lol

1815 wins by default because of the movement, but the CDV wears better on me for sure.

Firstly, these are really beautiful shots!

I vote for the Lange. The 1815 Chronograph is simply the top of its class from both and back.

Thank you! Can't disagree with that. Although you'll see there are some who do prefer the VC for various reasons in this thread including myself.

Gorgeous shots.

Despite loving both of them, I would take the VC in a heartbeat . What can I say, I am simply partial to VC and JLC above all .... Thank you for sharing these here with us! Cheers, Filip
