Als1678's original post delves into the design philosophy and material choices behind the Continuum 2, particularly contrasting the latest platinum version with the titanium movement that defined earlier iterations. His observations offer a critical perspective on how material changes impact the watch's identity and appeal. This discussion is particularly relevant for collectors interested in the evolution of independent watchmaking and the nuanced decisions behind limited-production timepieces.

Beautiful movement

But the colors don’t do it for me

I think that we can all agree on the movement!

The finishing is not the level of micro rotor or logical one, but still the best I have seen on a "sports" watch and very impressive given the titanium bridges. The design would be polarizing ... I personally like it but probably not for everyone.

I love the case, not so much the rubber strap. Would love to see that watch on a normal strap!

There is now leather strap options as well as fabric or canvas

But as an owner the rubber is top in class

I have to agree, the rubber strap is exceptional.

Good to know. I have no doubt the rubber strap is great but very curious to see this case on a traditional strap…cheers!
