Crazy and LONG back story which we nicknamed Mumbai Gate for various reasons. It really was a dramatic story with some scandal and black ops type operations involved but in the end, I am so incredible happy and blessed to receive this MARVEL.

Many thanks to Maxime Labey for his efforts and help throughout the process. I cannot say enough about how classy and generous Mr. Scheufele has been throughout as well. The amount of class, generosity, and understanding involved is a true testament to his character.

Lastly, a special thanks to my boy Yohann. Without you bro, none of this would have been possible πŸ™πŸ™

A bit of background: I have been incredibly fortunate to have heard many Minute Repeaters in my life and as a matter of fact, there was a gathering of collectors with an assortment of Minute Repeaters. We did a BLIND hearing test with several dozen MR from A - Z.

The end result was a unanimous vote for the Full Strike in terms of purity of sound and overall BEST MR currently made in a wristwatch form factor.

This was done years ago so the Fullstrike always remained in the back of my mind. Long story again but I was not fortunate enough to have had the chance to purchase the original RG Fullstrike that won the GPHG and since then it came out in platinum, carborized steel, and this year it came out in a FULL crystal case.

In my mind, if I were to purchase a Fullstrike, I wanted the GPHG winner even though my preference would always lean towards white metals. This one being an exception πŸ˜‰

So after seeing the full crystal Fullstrike this year, my interest was at an all time high.

Fast forward to now and going through 2 months of Mumbai Gate, this absolute beauty, fully sold out LE of 8 pieces with baguette diamond bezel, found it's way to my wrist courtesy of Mr. Scheufele, Mr. Labey, and Yohann.

Thank you again for entrusting me with such a masterpiece πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

So I am happy to welcome the RG Fullstrike to my collection, with a side of ice (bling bling) πŸ˜‰

Wow brother congrats!

To quote Ludacris: the diamonds on my wrist are reckless feels like a midget is hanging from my necklace. Straight poetry for a poetic watchπŸ˜‰
