Today the LUC Chrono One - the watch that brought me to the PuristSPro community - is celebrating its second birthday. I suppose I may get it a new strap to celebrate (any suggestions highly welcome) smile

It has accompanied me in work and leisure situations throughout the time, and while I have to admit that I only used the chrono in anger a handful of times in those two years (and much more often just to see it operate), I am still very happy to have made the choice something over two years ago smile

The watch travelled quite a bit, all the way to Singapore in the East, to Paris in the West smile

At least I no longer need to draw pictures of Paris for the possible next French themed Wrist Scan wink

It's been to many a kids play area in the time...

And to lots of restaurants...

It dresses down surprisingly well...

And is a suitable driving companion - making up for lacking the driving orientation by being supremely legible smile

Come rain or shine, it's ready for action, and it's what has gotten me into the PuristSPro community in the first place. And given how this is my 6.000th post, seemingly quite terminally wink It is no longer my only 'fine' watch and therefore also no longer a daily wear but it still gets plenty of wrist time. And I am sure it will continue accumulating it, till one of my offspring charmingly talks me out of it wink And it got my appreciation for Chopard really going - two more have joined the collection since biggrin

For all of that it really deserves a new strap wink

Happy birthday ! :)

I had the pleasure of seeing this chrono one when it traveled to Singapore A robust and well finished chrono. A pleasure to admire Congrats my friend! Maybe a navy blue strap will be nice Cheers Robin

Thanks Robin!

The strap right now is a dark blue croc (possibly somewhat darker than navy) but will check what options they have that are a bit lighter

Let's see if I can manage a trip to the Boutique this weekend :)

Not sure Chopard does electric blue, though...
