I'm also not into having too many heavy precious metal watches and especially in this current environment, need to be more careful.
It took me a while to warm up to the Alpine Eagles, because it was a Genta watch. Here, I really like all three versions. The twisted sunburst texture photographs real nice. It was the 8 Hz versions that warmed me up eventually to the line, as the high frequency movement gave the well-worn genre a unique Chopard Twist. Of the three, the Orange dial would be my choice in a large collection, while the grey dial would be my choice as a daily wearer in a smaller collection. I really appreciate the c
I also wanted the Cadence but felt the grey dial is too demure and the date window at 4:30 was never my preference so I pass. However, this Maritime Blue pushed me over the edge and is my first watch with the date at 4:30. I agree the Titanium bracelet and the colors make it a very special watch.
