Seemingly the best lighting for any watch is in the car, and this one looks better with the Seiko blue strap I put on it, IMO.

Unfortunately, the blue is not clearly seen here. One of my most worn watches over the last 5 years, and the big date is useful to me, especially on the work days of the week, and I like that itโ€™s done properly and not look like an afterthought on the dial.

Have a good week ahead.

Big watch!

What car is it being worn in? Cheers, Mike

A local Malaysian make

Small little city car, a Proton Iriz if it interests you ;-) Great for the city commute and tight parking spaces

I prefer it on the rubber band though, love the sportier touch

If agree

Problem is that the rubber that came with it doesnโ€™t fit quite as well with the deployant so I swap it out sometimes but have put a generic pin buckle on the rubber for when I use it

True: shots in a car are particularly good. The Marine is a nice, big Breguet ๐Ÿ‘.
